7) Advertising, Analytics & Cookies

9) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect PI from them. If you believe a child provided PI to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We retain PI for as long as needed to provide Services, for legitimate business purposes (e.g., accounting, tax, warranty), to resolve disputes, and to meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and legal/operational requirements.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect PI. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12) International Visitors
If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your PI may be processed in the United States (and elsewhere) with privacy laws that may differ from those in your country of residence.
13) Additional Audiences
a) Job Applicants. If you apply for a job, we may collect identifiers, employment/education history, and other information you provide. We use this to evaluate and manage applications. Applicant records are kept consistent with our retention policy and legal obligations.
b) Business Contacts & Vendors. We process business contact details to manage our relationship, pay/receive payments, and operate our business.
14) Financial Incentives (if offered)
From time to time, we may offer discounts, referral bonuses, or other programs in exchange for your contact info or reviews. Participation is voluntary, you may withdraw at any time, and the value of your data is reasonably related to the cost of the incentive (e.g., average marketing value or incremental revenue from the program). Specific terms will accompany any program.
15) State‑Specific Disclosures (Summary)
Residents of certain states (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA, UT, and others enacting similar laws) may have the rights described in Section 8.
