AAA’s Plantation Shutters are a highly sustainable window treatment suitable for any coastal home. Our shutters are made from a solid core poly vinyl material and offer exceptional insulation against heat and cold.
Our Shutters can be mounted in any window, including high humidity areas such as a shower. We also manufacture shutters to install directly on a French door or to install at a sliding glass door using a bypass track system.
AAA louver sizes include 2 ½”, 3 ½” or 4 ½” and are finished Snow White to compliment all shades of white moldings. Our sales team will help you determine how to mount your shutters and what additional options will help maximize the versatility of your sun control.

Tilt Rod
The tilt rod is the vertical rod located in the center of each panel that allows you to open / close the louvers.Hidden Tilt
Hidden Tilt is a mechanism located behind the shutter panel. You must use the actual louvers to open/ close.Louver
- 2 1/2" Louvers (upgrade) create a traditional look to your windows, but restrict your view a bit more than the larger sizes.
- 3 1/2" Louvers (standard) are the most common size used in area homes.
- 4 1/2" Louvers (standard) offer the most visibility and look best on tall windows.
Divider Rail
A divider rail is a horizontal fixed rail located at the split of the window. The top and bottom louvers will operate independently of each other.

Split Tilt
Split Tilt does not have a fixed rail, it simply has a tilt rod cut in half to allow the top and bottom louvers to operate independently of each other.
Inside Mount
Inside Mount shutters offer a more flush installation to your window opening, but will often inhibit the ability to tilt in your windows for cleaning.
Outside Mount
Outside Mount shutters are mounted atop the drywall or casing surrounding the window opening and allow full tilt of your windows.
